Event Policy

General Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Gala Night hosted by Bamileke Dynamic Group of Southern New Jersey. By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. This policy is designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

1. Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy

• No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or changes in the event program.
• Children’s Tickets: Tickets for children may be available at a discounted rate. Please ensure that you select the appropriate ticket type when booking.

2. Event Admission

• Entry Requirements: All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry. Tickets may be in digital or printed form.
• Identification: Attendees may be required to show a valid photo ID matching the name on the ticket for entry.

3. Health and Safety

• Allergies: Guests are encouraged to disclose any allergies when booking tickets. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee that all allergens will be completely avoided.
• Compliance with Laws: All attendees must comply with state and federal laws, including but not limited to laws regarding firearms, controlled substances, and public safety.

4. Conduct and Behavior

• Prohibited Items: Firearms, weapons, illegal drugs, and other prohibited items are not allowed at the event. Attendees found with prohibited items will be removed from the event without a refund.
• Behavior: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

5. Liability

• Assumption of Risk: By attending the event, you assume all risks associated with participation, including any risks to your health, safety, or property.
• Limitation of Liability: Bamileke Dynamic Group of Southern New Jersey, its affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from your attendance at the event.
• Media Consent and Release: By attending this event, participants/attendees acknowledge and agree that Bamileke Dynamic Group of Southern New Jersey has the right to capture and use images, videos, and other media of the participants/attendees for its internal and external communications. This includes but is not limited to marketing materials, social media, and promotional content. Participants/attendees waive any rights to inspect or approve the final use of these materials and understand that they will not receive any compensation for their use.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

• Data Use: By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by Brainycom and Bamileke Dynamic Group of Southern New Jersey for the purposes of event management and communication.
• Privacy Policy: All personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

7. Compliance with State and Federal Laws

• Legal Compliance: All attendees must comply with the laws of the state of New Jersey and the United States, including but not limited to regulations concerning firearms, public health, and safety.
• Health Regulations: Attendees must adhere to any public health guidelines and regulations in effect at the time of the event.

8. Modifications to the Event

• Changes to the Event: Bamileke Dynamic Group of Southern New Jersey reserves the right to modify the event program, schedule, and location at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders via email and our website.

9. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
